It's the long-awaited return of Polymanga! After a two-year break, Switzerland's biggest event dedicated to pop culture, video games and manga will once again attract many visitors to the Montreux Music & Convention Centre (2m2c) this Easter. And of course, Nintendo will be there! From 15 to 18 April, visitors to the Nintendo stand, which will extend from zone B1-64 to B1-65, will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in fantastic worlds. There will be many gaming stations, with a wide range of recent Nintendo Switch titles for all ages and tastes. Not only Nintendo games, but also games from other publishers and independent development studios. Visitors can look forward to a varied accompanying programme with exciting tournaments, unusual photo opportunities and much more.

All the Nintendo highlights
With the popular racing game Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, to which the new additional track pass has been added, visitors will be able to enjoy themselves at full speed. The pass will gradually double the number of game tracks by the end of 2023, from 48 to 96 tracks in total. The 48 revamped tracks are drawn from the entire Mario Kart series for even more racing fun!
In Kirby and the Forgotten World, explore a mysterious world where nature and civilisation merge, alone or in pairs. You'll have to run, jump, climb and swallow your enemies to get their abilities.
In the action role-playing game MONSTER HUNTER RISE, up to four hunters simultaneously take on huge monsters that threaten the tranquility of Kamura village.
Explore the past of Pokémon in the Pokémon Legends: Arceus role-playing game. Players roam the wilds of the Hisui region in search of wild Pokémon. With Pokémon Sparkling Diamond and Pokémon Scintillating Pearl, in addition to the New Pokémon Snap photo adventure, three new Pokémon games will be available to try in Montreux.
Polymanga visitors will also be able to play fun mini-games at the Nintendo stand, such as Mario Party Superstars, Wario Ware: Get It Together! or Chocobo GP, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate action game, and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, a fun platform game, will also be available, as well as the new strategic role-playing game TRIANGLE STRATEGY, the fantasy adventure The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD or Metroid Dread, the latest space adventure of bounty hunter Samus Aran. If you want to put your brains to the test, try Brain Academy: Brain Battle. And with Ring Fit Adventure players will be taken on a literally hectic adventure. In this fitness video game, you explore a fantastic and colourful world while doing fitness exercises to measure yourself against your opponents.

Many titles from Nintendo partners
In addition, there will be many games from other studios and publishers, such as Warner Bros. The games at Montreux will be full of new features. With Lego® Star WarsTM: The Skywalker Saga, action gamers will be able to test whether the Force is with them.
Also new is Square Enix's Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition, a classic role-playing game that will be released in a remastered version for the first time in Europe a week before the launch of Polymanga. The role-playing game pushes the boundaries of time and space by inviting players to discover two parallel worlds. In addition, RADICAL DREAMERS - The Forbidden Treasure is another text-based adventure game, the principle on which Chrono Cross is based. In Square Enix's Life is Strange: True ColorsTM adventure, the aim is to solve a mysterious fatal accident. To do this, the heroine, Alex Chen, must first accept the fact that she possesses supernatural abilities, before using them to good effect.
Ubisoft is also bringing two exciting titles to Nintendo's Montreux line-up. In Just Dance 2022, up to six players can dance together. Forty recent hits await them, such as Believer by Imagine Dragons, Level Up by Ciara and many more. In Mario + The Rabbids® Kingdom Battle, players will experience a wild strategic adventure, forming teams with feisty Rabbids as Mario, Luigi, Peach and Yoshi. Their mission: explore new worlds, collect coins, solve puzzles, and of course save the Mushroom Kingdom.
The independent titles presented at the event stand out in particular for their originality. Cuphead by Studio MDHR convinces with its 1930s-style graphics and soundtrack. In this classic shooter and action game, you have to fight your way through fantastic worlds to pay off your debt to the devil, either solo or in pairs. Two independent games that will be presented in Montreux are from Switzerland. In the atmospheric adventure FAR: Changing Tides, players cross a dry ocean and explore the remains of a vanished civilisation. Bamerang by Lululu Entertainment is an action combat mini-game in which you have to control the trajectory of a boomerang. Thanks to the Nintendo Switch system's Local Connection, up to four people can share in this exuberant gaming pleasure.

And much more exciting action
Polymanga is therefore the perfect opportunity to try out the latest Nintendo games. There will also be plenty of activities for the whole family.

The Nintendo games at the 2m2c will not only take place on the Nintendo stand. There will be plenty of opportunities to participate in tournaments at the Swiss Gamers stand. Game fans of all ages will have the opportunity to shine at Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
For unique souvenir photos, the Nintendo stand will be offering photo actions, where you can have your photo taken in the world of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, for example. Those who wish to do so will also be able to look through one of the tubes in the Mushroom Kingdom of Super Mario. In addition, those who present their My Nintendo QR code at the Nintendo booth registration desk will be credited with 100 platinum points and receive a little surprise as well.

In short, a trip to Polymanga 2022 for Easter will be a great way to spend some quality time with your family!
