Final exams are over, Yuei's students are getting prepared for summer camp. Izuku and All Might received an invitation from someone, to go abroad in a huge city named "I-Island".
The I-Expo is taking place on this island, which gathers scientists from all around the world. It is an event dedicated to alters and super heroes research's results.
Izuku met Melissa, a girl without alter that reminds her the past.
Suddenly, the invulnerable security system has been hijacked by vilains, and all the island's inhabitants are held hostage.
A strong enough plan to weaken the heroes' society is launched! And the person at the heart of this, is the number 1 and peace symbol : All Might.
