One of the most beautiful artist villages in the world

The Polymanga Artists’ Village has represented a valuable and concrete initiative for 20 years, dedicated to supporting drawing talent. In 2023, no fewer than 80 booths were graciously offered to artists, allowing them to showcase their work in the best locations of the festival, with a complete infrastructure at their disposal.

The 2024 edition marked a new ambitious step forward with an increase to 110 booths and a significant expansion of the exhibition area.

The 2026 edition reaches a new ambitious milestone with a doubling of the booths, allowing up to 184 stands. This major expansion illustrates Polymanga’s constant commitment to supporting artistic creation and strengthening its position as a must-attend event for art and illustration.

To join the prestigious Polymanga Artists’ Village, candidates must first submit three original illustrations of their choice. In order to promote authentic and respectful creativity, fan art is prohibited, as are works generated by artificial intelligence, against which Polymanga takes a firm and ethical stance.

After an initial selection by the organizers, the chosen artists embark on the MaBulle competition, one of the largest art contests in the world. Their mission? To create an illustration based on an imposed theme and win over the public with their talent.

The popularity of MaBulle continues to grow, as shown by impressive figures:

  • 42,000 votes in February 2023
  • 47,000 votes in January 2024
  • A record-breaking January 2025 with 88,680 votes and over 1,000,000 views on Instagram posts.

These figures demonstrate not only the massive enthusiasm of the public, but also the growing importance of this competition in recognizing emerging talent. Through this demanding artistic process, Polymanga continues to champion creativity, offering valuable visibility to a new generation of illustrators.
