Artist Village

Polymanga 2025 Artist Village Registration

The registration for Polymanga 2025 Artist Village (18-21April 2025 in Beaulieu Lausanne, Switzerland) is now open! Registration opens from December 2nd to December 10th, 2024. In short, you need to submit 3 drawings that you have created yourself (no fan art) via the new contact form on Polymanga website. The 110 booths provided are free, including infrastructure, but artists are selected. Here are the details:

Booths from Polymanga Artist Village are free

For 20 years, the Polymanga convention in Switzerland (with over 50,000 attendees) has been providing 100+ free booths for comic artists and illustrators from around the world, including space, infrastructure, and communication support. Polymanga Artist Village has become one of the best in the world.
By selection only

The selection of artists exhibiting in the Artist Village is made exclusively through a selection process from all the applications submitted on the Polymanga website. Each year, several hundred artists submit their applications, and 110 will be chosen.
The selection is individual

The application must be individual, and the 3 drawings you submit must be entirely created by you. Joint applications are not allowed, and fan art will not be accepted. Only your original creations.
To request a booth, you can register via the contact form on the Polymanga website (Polymanga.com) from December 2nd to December 10th in the Artists category.”
Submit 3 drawings

You must include 3 illustrations in your application that you have drawn yourself and that you have not yet submitted to the Polymanga organization.

No Fan Art, No AI-generated art, No Erotic art

Fan art, erotic drawings, and AI-generated art are not allowed in the images submitted with your application. Fan art is permitted at your booth, provided it makes up less than 30% of your displayed works. Polymanga supports original creation. The fact that you can draw Naruto is not of interest to us.
Put your heart into these 3 creations, as we will only judge based on these 3 drawings. It sometimes happens that talented artists neglect this stage and are rejected because their 3 drawings were hastily made.

The deadline for submitting the application form is December 10th at 1:00 PM. You will know by December 12th if you are one of the selected artists.

All selected individuals who will have a booth must participate in the “Ma Bulle” drawing contest at Polymanga before the festival.

The files you send us must not exceed 10 MB. You can also provide us with links to the images.

Rules

On site, the illustrations are subject to the same rules as during the registration process. It is not allowed to have a binder of prohibited drawings at Polymanga ‘on request,’ nor to take commissions related to the prohibited subjects mentioned above.

Polymanga supports original creations; therefore, fan art is allowed as long as it makes up no more than 30% of the works displayed at your booth.

All individuals selected for a booth in the artist village must participate in the ‘Ma Bulle @ Polymanga’ drawing contest before the festival.

Booth in the Artist Village

The booth consists of two tables and two chairs per artist, as well as a wood wall on the back. The location of the booth is based on the results of the ‘Ma Bulle’ drawing contest.

Note: The ‘Artist Village’ category is reserved for illustrators or comic artists. We do not have booths for writers who don’t draw.
